Daily Metaphysical Soul Exercises for Holy Week
Palm Sunday (the beginning of Holy week) is the recognition that you can become authentically translucent to your inner light of being and shine your brilliant soul light. Connecting with higher vibrations during this week allows you to see through the worldly and temporal veils of the illusion of separation as you open your inner eye to the only One Reality—Spirit.
Often we create a false glamour that is not our true self; we create stories from beliefs that play in the background of our minds like a worn out recording. Many of these stories were created from a negative situation. We often act out of hidden fears which don’t serve us, as we begin to live a life without authenticity. Our souls become masked with the identification of the physical body and ego consciousness.
We can begin to prepare ourselves by observing the various masks we may be wearing which disguise our true essence as an immortal soul. Then we can make a conscious effort to remove these masks of limiting beliefs so our creative self-expression and true authentic self can shine.
When we become conscious of who we really are as spiritual beings and not allow fear to rule us, we allow our royal spiritual heritage as a child of God as Cosmic Consciousness to take reign.
Behind the appearances and scenes of our mundane lives, we participate in a mystical and archetypal play of cosmic dimensions. When we allow ourselves to experience our true nature as a soul, we begin to recognize the parts and roles we are playing in this divine drama. We learn how to create a new story, one aligned to our higher Self and the old story is replaced.
The “Self-image” is the key to human personality and human behavior. Change the self image and you change the personality and the behavior.”

Identity Card Message
You have thought of yourself as having certain qualities, with their characteristic feelings and emotions. You have become identified with the body, mind, belief patterns and material objects. As you masquerade these impressions with your passion and desire, you have utterly forgotten your real nature. Every day you are impersonating different characteristics according to your changing feelings through your thought patterns. You must realize that these characteristics are not part of your true nature. When you realize this, you are able to cast off these delusive states and step into your divine Self.
You are not any of these masks; you are pure, calm Spirit. Your beautiful soul is the blessed reflection of Spirit. It is time for you to take off the masks of delusion and face your real Self. You will absolutely love what you find!

Daily Metaphysical Soul Exercises
Day 1: Palm Sunday
Jesus’ triumphal entry as he rode into Jerusalem on a donkey. The crowd celebrated by scattering palm branches in front of him. The symbolism of the donkey in the Eastern tradition is an animal of peace, unlike the horse, which is the animal of war. Palm branches symbolize goodness, victory and triumph.
Get a journal and write down your own great victory and achievement. List all the joy and satisfaction resulting from your own success. After you are done writing, sit and spend time in silence contemplating and feeling your accomplishments. Remember … you are God in expression and this Great Source is working and creating through you. Inwardly give thanks for being an open channel to perform and deliver your divine gifts here on earth.
Day 2: Monday
Jesus and His followers arrive in Jerusalem again, and he goes to the temple to drive out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. He said to them, “It is written, “my house shall be called a house of prayer’; but you are making it a den of thieves.” Once the temple was cleared, the blind and the lame came to him, and he cured them.
In your journal, write down the ways you may be cheating and short changing yourself. Be authentic, honest and spontaneous as you make your list. Ask yourself “How safe is it for someone to walk through my mind?” I invite you to cleanse the temple of your consciousness from false beliefs and erroneous thinking and replace them with soul wisdom to express the power of the divinity within you.
Day 3: Tuesday
Jesus is teaching using parables of the Kingdom of Heaven. “For those who have eyes, that they may see and those who have ears that they may hear.”
It is time to explore the beliefs you carry about who you are. Take a good look within and see where they came from. What do you believe about yourself? Are you really who you think you are? Are you wearing masks created by what others perceived you to be? Are you entangled in feelings imagining you have no choice? Do you even know who you are? Do you really, truly know who you are?
As you deeply analyze your thoughts, emotions and feelings, you will realize they arise from past conditioning. Your soul has identified itself with feeling and you have imprisoned yourself in various moods, which is the cause of all your suffering.
Write down the masks you have chosen to wear throughout your life.
Day 4: Wednesday
On Wednesday, Judas is offering the betrayal of Jesus to the High Priests. The agreement is made and Judas just waits for the opportunity to turn Jesus over to the authorities.
Write down any ways you may be betraying yourself. Are you selling your soul in any way to the material world? Or spending time doing things that aren’t nurturing you? Are you settling for less than you truly deserve as a child of God? Are you authentic? List any ways you may be disloyal to yourself by wearing masks of limitation.
Day 5: Thursday
The last Supper and Jesus’ experience with Pontius Pilate (symbolizing the external circumstances which seem to be overwhelming.) Pilate thinks he has power over Jesus and asks him several questions, however, Jesus’ response is that the power does not lie with Pontius Pilate, but with God.
Write down areas of your life that you feel powerless or where you’ve given up your power. What parts of yourself must you face and acknowledge to reclaim your divine power? Acknowledge your shadow side as well as the light. How will you bring light to the shadow for inner harmony?
Demonstrate to yourself that no situation, circumstance, or external authority figures has any power over you. Love all parts of yourself in the transformative process—the finished and unfinished parts along with the working and broken parts. You are part of the Cosmic whole created out of love.
Pilate is judgement, your inner critic, and the fear of love. In your own life, you may be facing some kind of Pontius Pilate. There may be someone in your life who thinks they can control or manipulate you. It may even be your own ego manipulating yourself. Write down any masks of Pontius Pilate’s controlling the final word on your life.
Day 6: Good Friday
The Crucifixion.
Write down areas of your life that you may be self-sabotaging and crucifying yourself with your own inner self-critic. List any negative stories playing in your mind that are destructive and hurtful. What identities have you accumulated throughout your lifetime? What masks are you ready to release? Are your beliefs the absolute truth about yourself?
Day 7: Saturday
Jesus’ body is laid in the tomb.
This is a time of the dark night of the soul—a time for introspection. Give yourself permission to fully accept, love and know that you are enough in this very moment. Take time off and spend time in silence or go out into nature to feel your divine presence as a beautiful soul, a reflection of God.
Make a list of areas in your life that you are ready to transform. Release all the masks of the delusion of mortal limitations and resurrect your consciousness into the realization that you are an immortal soul. Step forward to claim your divine inheritance as a child of God and share your blessed gifts with the world!
